International Karate Federation is one of the finest Karate schools in the world.

IKF was founded in 1966 by Sensei Chuzo Kotaka.  He is currently a 9th dan black belt and is one of the best Karate instructors in the world.   Many of Sensei Kotaka's students have attained National and World titles and have won numerous awards.   IKF has more than 16 locations on Oahu, Hawaii, and locations in California, Oregon and Washington.

Despite the many awards and titles won by its students, the focus of IKF is on individual development and traditional values.

Kotaka-Ha Shito-Ryu Karate

IKF practices Shito-Ryu, one of the 4 main styles of Karate in the world today.

IKF has been recognized as the top AAU school in the United States.

For his hard work and dedication as an instructor of Karate, Sensei Kotaka has been named as the "Best Instructor" for 1997 by the Amateur Athletic Union.
